This woman probably has abused, bullied, harassed so many other people throughout her life, to include any kids she may have.

She clearly demonstrates no hesitation to initiate her violence upon the man.

She also demonstrates a lack of comprehension of what she just did upon a member in our society.

Given her age, it would appear that she has been this way for a long time and would not benefit from rehabilitation in the near future.

She was well aware, from her position on the bus facing the doorway, she was pushing the man off a three foot cliff to his demise. That is what makes this so sinister. She knew the A + B = C parts of this violent equation leading to the man’s death.

This was aggravated manslaughter.

Though she could claim she didn’t intend to kill the man, she definitely intended to push him off a three foot platform to his demise. Therefore, the part B of the equation still exists whether or not she could anticipate what would happen to a person hitting the pavement, face first, as a result of an accelerated, unbroken fall, from a three foot elevation.

She willingly pushed this man towards the open doorway, and down to the pavement below. She could be seen gesturing to the man with her hand to get off the bus. And when the man was in fact getting off the bus, she decided to decide how he would get off the bus.

Even a person of 30 years of age, in fit condition, pushed off a bus in the same manner resulting in him landing on his face, neck and upper torso, would suffer great bodily injury and psychological distress.

The apparent goal of the woman was to create pain upon this man by pushing him down a flight of stairs.

The legal case to follow?

Well, this woman’s public defender will probably seek to establish she was not of sound mind. But was she in such a rage so as to not be aware of her actions? It is clear from the video this woman is not of sound mind and rationality. But was she aware of her actions? Yes, she waited until this man was squarely facing the doorway, when she used both hands to push and launch him to his death below.

The lack of awareness of what is right and wrong is very apparent here, she should not have the privilege of living within a civilized society. We do not know who else this woman has victimized in the past.

Criminal vs. Civil Legal Implications?

The family of the deceased man most likely will be filing a civil action against the woman, and her estate, if any. Much like the O.J. Simpson case, where he managed to skirt the criminal court system, he was later pursued civilly by the family of the victim in his case.

Other Questions to Ask?

What is the responsibility of the bus driver?

Was the bus’ entrance contain a hazardous designed implicating the bus manufacturer or the Government Transportation Department operating the bus? How man other people of been injured or killed falling down those detrimental steps?

Is there other evidence implicating the woman such as any cell phone recordings before, during or after the incident?

What is the woman’s prior arrest, or psychological assessment history?

Was she on any drugs? Were those legal or illegal drugs. If the drugs were legally prescribed, were the produced by a manufacturer with severe side effects causing the woman to act the way she did?
